The Foothills Community Association is now in total command of the Festival of Lights along a mile of Chandler Boulevard, assuming all fundraising for one of Ahwatukee's most enduring traditions. Formerly known as the Festival of Lights, this cherished tradition brings together our community to kick off the holiday season, all while raising funds for charity and lighting up the Chandler Boulevard medians.
